Seoul & New York based director, creative director Haansol Rim has worked across the realms between film, commercial, music video, and video art installation. His international background—born in Münster, spent time in Seoul, San Francisco, and New York—composes his reflective and versatile work. With a primary interest in storytelling, his work interrogates a nature of objects, told through his multi-layered narratives in his world.

Haansol Rim has worked with a-list talent and client such as A$AP Rocky, Sailli, U-Know, J-Tong, Adidas, Under Armour and Spyder, and 2019 saw the announcement of his contribution as a film director and creative collaborator to Sailli’s visual album The Light, which had its successful premiere on at ATLFF (Atlanta Film Festival), SFDFF (San Francisco Dance Film Festival) and earned a Special Mention at the (BIDFF) Bucharest International Dance Film Festival.
